First Visit

Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends that your child visit the dentist by his/her 1st birthday.  Preparing your child for his/her first dental visit can make the experience more enjoyable and positive.   A comprehensive examination of the child's teeth will take place at the first visit.  The dentist and staff will explain all procedures and answer any questions.

Try to refrain from using fear words such as "needle", "shot", "pull", "drill" and "hurt" around your child.
